What's your advice for keeping employees motivated? ✏️1. They need to really know their WHY. Their reason will be one that would give them the perseverance and resilience. They need to see the Bigger picture. That is why, guide them to have bigger goals than themselves.2. Give them empowerment of their voices. They need to be heard from every level, when they are being heard, they feel more engaged, thus motivated.3. Show them how much you care and not just being assertive and directive. They need to feel that you are also in "their game" and no hidden agenda but everything that you do benefits them too and for the common good of all.#iamthegamechanger#gamechanger

FINALLY I GET TO MEET MY BEST FRIEND AFTER ALMOST 40 YEARSAfter almost 40 years, i get to meet my best friend when i was in Primary and Secondary school. Preetha Kasinathan, a very strong minded and hard working person, i used to truly admire her beauty and friendship towards me.I write this article because i want to salute friendships that were made during when we were kids in school, we had no hidden agenda, we say it as it is and we never knew how to talk behind each other's back. So when we met after so many decades, we automatically "clicked" and felt so comfortable just being ourselves and with each other.When was the last time you had this feeling? If there was one thing that i could encourage you to do, is to connect back with an old buddy, and some neurons in the brain will be wired up, and that's just such an amazing feeling.Be REAL .....stop trying to be someone you are not, then you can be the BEST VERSION of yourself. I love you Preetha Kasinathan and i look forward to our eventful journey on this earth together.#lifeisgreat

Except one book, my literature book for O-Levels exam - The Diary of Anne Frank.There are countless examples of people who have improved their own and other people's lives through writing. The Diary of Anne Frank demonstrates the power of writing. During World War II, Anne Frank, a young girl, fled from the Nazis and kept a journal in which she wrote about her experiences. She wrote about her hopes, anxieties, and her daily life. She was in a frightening circ*mstance, yet she was able to express herself and her feelings through her diary. Writing is an extremely effective instrument, as seen by Anne's diary and its impact. Not only is Anne's diary a story, but it also serves as a reminder that writing may foster understanding among people and encourage them to speak out against injustice. Even now, a lot of people can still relate to her words, proving the power of writing.I remembered i was only 16 years 🍎 old but these were the pointers for me when i read and memorised the book at that time:a) I am so fortunate where i am now and i should get out of feeling pity to myself (at that time i was failing but improving slowly) 🧡 b) Appreciate every moment in my life and STOP COMPARING with others (this is one of the worst things that you can do to yourself, Just be better everyday, never compare yourself to others) ✨ c) I have the COURAGE to CHANGE and it's all in my ABILITY, it's up to ME 😁 Did that book helped me?
