To make these Rice Krispies, you’ll need:
* 1stickbutter, I used unsalted
* 1bagmini marshmallows,10 oz
* 2cupsRice Krispies
* 3cupsLucky Charms
* ¾cupLucky Charms,marshmallows and cereal separated
* pinchsalt

RECIPE:
* Start by measuring ¾ cup of Lucky Charms and separating the marshmallows and cereal so it’s ready to pour in when needed.
* Heat a large pot on medium-low heat. Once warm, add the butter and let it melt. Stir continuously so it does not burn.
* Once butter has melted, add the marshmallows and continue stirring until they are 75% melted. Turn off the stove and remove the pan from heat.
* Pour in Rice Krispies 3 cups Lucky Charms, the Lucky Charms cereal from the separated portion, and salt. Stir together. Do not over stir or marshmallows will become overly stiff.
* Spray a 9x13 pan generously with cooking spray or line with parchment and pour the cereal mixture into the pan. Spread evenly.
* Then press the Lucky Charm Marshmallows on top of the Rice Krispies. Let the krispies chill for 30 minutes. Then, cut and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
For the brownies
* 2eggs
* 1cupwhite sugar
* ¾cupall-purpose flour
* ½cupvegetable oil
* ⅔cupdark unsweetened coca powder
* ½cupdark chocolate chips
* ½tspvanilla extract
* 1tspbaking soda
* ½cuppowdered sugar
* ½tspsalt
* 18andes mints
For the frosting
* 4ozcream cheese
* ½stickbutter,softened
* 1cuppowdered sugar
* 1tspvanilla extract
* 6andes mints,chopped

LET’S MAKE THEM:
* Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch pan with butter AND parchment paper.
* In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, and mint extract.
* In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt and powdered sugar.
* Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Finely dice the andes mint candies and stir the mint chips into the batter along with the chocolate chips. At this point, the batter will be super thick.
* Pour the batter into the sprayed and lined pan (she’s thick) and use a spatula to smooth the batter around. Bake brownies for 40-46 minutes or until the center is mostly cooked.
* I like to chill the brownies immediately (so I can eat them faster naturally). Allow the brownies to cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting
* In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
* Spread the frosting over top of the brownies and garnish with the chopped up remaining andes mints. ENJOY!

To make this smoothie shake, you’ll need:
* 1/4 cup filtered water
* 3/4 cup frozen spinach
* 4-6 mint leaves
* 1 frozen banana
* 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
* 1 scoop @cleansimpleeats Thin Mint Protein Powder
* 3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
* 2 Thin Mint Cookies

RECIPE:
* Put the frozen spinach, mint leaves and filter water into a high-powered blender. Blend until the greens have completely liquified. This is crucial so there are no green chunks throughout the smoothie.
* Add the remaining ingredients except the Thin Mints and blend until smooth. Depending on your desired consistency, you may need to add more or less almond milk
* Crumble the Thin Mint cookies last and pulse until evenly distributed!
* Pour into a glass (rimmed with chocolate optional), garnish with a scoop of creamy cool whip, thin mint cookie crumbles and/or cacao nibs.

To make this dip, you’ll need these ingredients:
* 1cupcottage cheese,I used 4% small curd
* 1tbsphoney
* 1cupvanilla cake mix
* 2tbspmilk
* ½packageOreo Thins,~20 oreo thins
* 4ozcreamy cool whip,optional

RECIPE:
* In a food processor, blend together cottage cheese and honey (until it’s lusciously smooth)
* Once creamy and smooth, transfer to a large bowl with the vanilla cake mix.
* Use an electric hand mixer (or stand mixer with the whisk attachment) to blend on high until completely combined. Add the milk and mix again to make it even smoother. Note: if you add cool whip, mix in in here.
* In a large freezer bag, crush the oreos so they’re in small pieces but not quite fine crumbs. Pour crushed cookies on top of dip mixture. Fold the cookie crumbles into the batter until combined.
* Serve in a large bowl with additional crushed oreos on top. Best with fresh fruit (like strawberries/raspberries), graham crackers, more oreos, or pretzels.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
* 1cupfrozen spinach
* ½cupfiltered water
* 1cupfrozen berry medley
* 1tbspnut butter
* 1scoopvanilla protein powder,I used Clean Simple Eats (code: APOP)
* ⅔cupvanilla Greek yogurt
* ½cupunsweetened almond milk
* 2tbspchia seed & flax seed blend,I used Carrington Farms

RECIPE:
1. Add the spinach and cold water to the blender (this is KEY so you don’t have spinach chunks). Blend for 30-60 seconds until no chunks remain.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, layering the protein powder and flax last. Blend for another 60 seconds until smooth throughout.
3. Smear the inside of two cups with nut butter (optional).
4. Pour the smoothie into the two cups. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy!
