Description

When the cold weather produce of winter is what’s best I like to change up what smoothies I make. That’s why I rounded up these 18 healthy winter smoothie recipes. If there was one recipe from this round up to try, it’s this Fruit & Kombucha Smoothie. Kombucha, which is a sweet tart lightly effervescent fermented tea, blends into this fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie, for a probiotic-rich breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

UnitsScale

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup Kombucha, any flavor
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain

Instructions

Puree banana, mango, kombucha and Greek yogurt. In a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

    out of curiosity, Are these smoothies Warm or Cold, cause I know it says Winter Smoothies.

      They are all cold. They are winter smoothies because they are made with ingredients that are in season in the winter.
