We are family friendly (and friendly dog welcoming) brewery and beer hall at the corner of Broadway & Union. We are very excited to be a part of the diverse and vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood and look forward to getting to know our neighbors.We have plenty of beer on tap but also offer a variety of alternatives.Food trucks will continue to park with us every day for when you get hungry.

Citra IPA

We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row barley along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

We brewed this beer to help fuel the passion for equality and acceptance and also to just have some fun together. While Pride is much more than a parade, we still love a good march down the street. Think of this beer as fuel for your Pride parade! Hops: Enigma, Chinook and Comet.This is our second Pride beer. This IPA benefits Pride PlacePride Place, an eight-story building located on Broadway between Pike and Pine, featuring 118 apartments above an LGBTQIA-focused community and health services center run by GenPride.

Our California Common pays homage to a distinctly American beer, the "steam beer" made famous by Anchor Brewing Company in San Francisco. This beer is a hybrid beer which means we used lager yeast, but fermented at ale temperatures. The outcome is a smooth session beer with a distinct toasted and caramel malt flavor.

Eat the Rich? No thank you. We'd just prefer that they pay their fair share of taxes. We'll drink this refreshing wheat beer brewed with wheat malt from Linc Malt, 2-row and flaked spelt instead. For this version we've added raspberry! It's a balanced beer brewed to let the wheat shine. Slightly nutty and ultimately satisfying, this is a beer for everyone. Even the rich...if they pay their taxes.

In the entire history of humankind, there has never been a more profound expression of love than the personalized mixtape. Hours of deliberation about which songs to share from your home tape collection followed by hours of tiny handwritten playlists with tiny hearts incorporated wherever possible. Follow that with "play"-"record", change tape, "play"-"record" , change tape............This beer is our mixtape for you. For this latest edition of our rotating dry hopped lager series, we first brewed the beer with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle malt sweetness. Then we lagered the beer for several weeks to create a clean, refreshing crispness. As our mixtape final song, we dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and touch of Citra for aromas of melon, berry and grapefruit. Load it up, press play and enjoy.

Citra Studies IPA

We LOVE Citra hops! Really, who doesn't? While we like Citra in lots of beers, we thought it was a good idea to go all out crazy with the Citra in this one. We put Citra Cryo hops and Citra Incognito in the whirlpool then we added even more Citra Cryo in the dry hop. Thought you liked Citra and couldn't enjoy it more? Wrong! Try Citra Studies IPA. It'll blow your mind with Citra flavor and aroma. Really. Just try it, you'll see.

Cryo Yo Heart Out Hazy IPA

Bright and light in color and hopped with Riwaka, Mosaic Cryo, Cryo POP! and Cashmere. Grapefruit, Berry and Tropical aromas, oh my. Cryo Yo Heart Out you other hazies! This one is delicious.

Sometimes a van is more than a vehicle. It can rise above and become a party on wheels, a symbol of freedom, a carpet-walled sanctuary. A GOOD TIMES MACHINE. Sometimes a beer can follow suit. It's not just barley, water, yeast and hops. It's a magical elixir. A party in a pint glass. A GOOD TIMES MACHINE IPA. To reach this pinnacle of carefree and cool, a beer's got to be loaded with some pretty groovy hops. Heavy additions of Citra, Mosaic Cryo, and Galaxy deliver the essence of tropical fruit, citrus and berry. This is no regular day IPA, this is a Good Times Machine IPA!

We didn't even study for this one, Galaxy and Simcoe hops make this one an Easy A. The aroma and flavor is chock-full of Guava, citrus & a bit of pine. The fruit carries to the finish begging another taste.

Rainbow Bubbles IPA

Our Stoup Pride month IPA is simply joy in a glass. Feast your eyes on a giddy dance of bubbles in every color of the rainbow while enjoying the aromas of Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin and HBC 630. So as not to overpower the delicate aromas of gooseberry, white grape and tropical fruit, we kept the malt bill soft with additions of wheat and pilsner malt. It's moderately dry and extremely crushable. We raise a glass of Rainbow Bubbles IPA to equality, compassion, and the incredible gift of loving people for who they are. (Disclaimer: the bubbles are NOT rainbow colored. That's impossible, silly). Proceeds from this beer support a local organization that lifts our LGBT community.
